全球建筑材料行業碳減排聯合行動倡議


全球建筑材料行業各位同仁:

建筑材料行業作為全球經濟的重要支柱,在推動基礎設施建設與城市化進程中發揮著關鍵作用。同時,建筑材料行業也是全球碳排放的主要來源之一,低碳轉型已刻不容緩。這不僅是行業實現可持續發展的必由之路,更我們氣候變化履行社會責任的必然選擇。為,我們以本次論壇的名義,向全球建筑材料行業同仁鄭重倡議如下:

一、凝聚共識,共繪低碳愿景

建筑材料的價值不僅在于為人們創造舒適的居住空間,更在于其對未來生存環境的深遠影響。我們倡議,全球同行要攜手并進,將全生命周期低碳理念深植于行業之中,將低碳轉型轉化為推動行業升級的內在動力,為全球氣候治理貢獻建筑材料行業的智慧與力量。

二、踐行三大理念,引領轉型方向

以創新驅動綠色變革我們倡議,建筑材料企業、科研機構要進一步加大對低碳技術研發的投入力度,并加快推廣先進的生產技術和工藝,有效降低生產過程中的碳排放。

以協同構建低碳生態我們倡議,在產業鏈上下游中推動構建綠色伙伴關系,讓低碳”成為供應鏈的共同語言。協同發力,共同推進行業的綠色低碳發展

以合作推動低碳發展我們倡議,大力推動、構建多層次、常態化的全球建筑材料碳減排合作交流平臺,持續深入開展碳減排理念、方法和技術路徑交流分享實踐經驗和成功案例加強交流合作共同營造包容開放的低碳發展環境。


低碳轉型是全球建筑材料行業的一項長期且艱巨的任務。我們將以更加堅定的決心和扎實的行動,積極投身于建筑材料行業的低碳轉型浪潮,為保護地球生態環境、實現人類可持續發展貢獻力量,創造更加綠色、低碳、美好的未來!

Global Initiative for Carbon Emissions Reduction in the Building Materials Industry



To Colleagues Across the Global Building Materials Industry,


As a critical pillar of the global economy, the building materials industry plays a vital role in advancing infrastructure development and urbanization. At the same time, our industry is also one of the major sources of global carbon emissions. Accelerating the low-carbon transition is no longer optional—it is imperative. This is not only the pathway to sustainable industry development but also a necessary step in addressing climate change and fulfilling our shared social responsibility.


On the occasion of this forum, we hereby solemnly propose the following initiative to all colleagues in the global building materials industry:


1. Unite Around a Common Vision for a Low-Carbon Future


The value of building materials lies not only in enabling comfortable living environments, but also in shaping the long-term sustainability of our planet. We call on our global peers to join hands in embedding the concept of “low-carbon across the entire lifecycle” throughout the industry, transforming the low-carbon transition into an internal driver of industrial upgrading. Let us contribute the insights and strength of the building materials sector to global climate governance.


2. Embrace Three Core Principles to Guide Our Transformation


Drive green transformation through innovation.We call on enterprises and research institutions in the building materials sector to increase investment in low-carbon technology R&D, and to accelerate the adoption of advanced production technologies and processes that effectively reduce carbon emissions during manufacturing.


Foster a low-carbon ecosystem through collaboration.We propose promoting the formation of green partnerships across the entire value chain, making “low-carbon” a common language throughout the supply chain. Through joint efforts, we can advance the sector’s green and low-carbon development.


Promote low-carbon development through cooperation.We advocate for building multi-level, institutionalized international platforms for carbon reduction cooperation in the building materials industry. These platforms should foster ongoing exchange of concepts, methodologies, and technological pathways for decarbonization, while enabling the sharing of best practices and successful case studies. Enhanced communication and collaboration will help create an inclusive and open low-carbon development environment.


The low-carbon transition is a long-term and formidable task for the global building materials industry. We are committed to taking firm action with unwavering determination. Let us actively contribute to the green transformation of our sector, protect our planet’s ecological environment, and work together toward a more sustainable, low-carbon, and brighter future for all.
